Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Investment Accounting Manager to lead a critical accounting and operational improvement initiative. This program lead role focuses on stabilizing operations, assessing current-state processes, and driving corrective actions in a complex financial environment.

The ideal candidate has investment accounting expertise, strong governance and stakeholder management skills, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remediation, transformation, or stabilization programs in investment accounting.
• Proven leadership of vendor or managed-service teams.
• Strong project management with governance and reporting.
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead a strategic investment accounting and operational improvement program with clear objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
• Assess current-state processes, controls, workflows, and deliverables to identify gaps and remediation priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability across internal and external teams to improve execution quality and performance.
• Establish governance routines, status reporting, risk and issue management processes, and stakeholder communications.
• Design and implement process improvements, control enhancements, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Reporting teams.
• Track progress against milestones, escalate risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and control frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance scalability, accuracy, and operations.
