Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Investment Accounting Manager to lead a critical initiative in investment accounting and operations improvement. This hands-on program lead will assess current processes, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive sustainable control enhancements in a complex financial environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading remediation or transformation programs in investment accounting or financial operations.
Strong project governance and reporting experience.
Excellent communication and executive-level reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead an investment accounting and operational improvement program with milestones and metrics.
Assess current-state processes, controls, and workflows to identify gaps.
Provide leadership across internal and external teams to improve execution and performance.
Establish governance routines and stakeholder communications.
Design and implement process improvements and documentation standards.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Reporting.
Track progress and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and control frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement for scalability and accuracy.
