Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic investment accounting and operational improvement program with clear objectives and milestones.
• Assess current-state processes, controls, workflows, and deliverables to identify gaps and remediation priorities.
• Provide leadership across internal and external teams to improve execution, efficiency, and performance.
• Establish governance routines, status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications.
• Design and implement process improvements, control enhancements, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Reporting.
