Job summary

Reesink Canada is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead the inventory and logistics function across branches, ensuring accurate stock, timely transfers, and cost control. The role balances hands-on duties with process development and system integrity, while coordinating with finance and sales teams.

The successful candidate will optimize warehousing, manage procurement, and implement KPI-driven improvements to reduce costs and increase inventory turns.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with IntelliDealer or ERP and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in Excel; reporting/analytics experience is a plus.
• Experience operating across multiple sites is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory across all locations, ensuring accuracy and optimal stocking.
• Plan and coordinate movement of inventory between branches and customers.
• Design and implement standardized inventory and logistics processes.
• Support sourcing and procurement of goods in line with targets and demand.
• Track inventory positions, forecasts, and reports to aid planning and decisions.
• Provide guidance to inventory and logistics staff and drive performance.
