Reece USA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a warehouse team, ensuring accurate receiving, stocking, staging and shipping of materials. The role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and delivering high-quality customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in warehouse operations, including materials handling. The position is based at our Dallas-area support center and involves lifting up to 75 pounds and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to meet monthly quotas and develop staff skills.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and manage inventory control.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency.
