DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Regional Inventory Control Manager I to lead inventory strategy and drive best-practice policies across regions. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate records, and coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams to meet operational objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and effective inventory control across multiple sites within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in inventory control, logistics or related discipline (required).
• 5+ years in supply chain, distribution or related field (required).
• 3+ years in IC Manager role, unit pick environment, large company (preferred).
• 3+ years client relationship experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to inventory staff; mentor and develop associates.
• Develop and ensure best-practice inventory control policies and procedures.
• Establish and refine site metrics and reporting for inventory accuracy.
• Lead inventory analysis, including physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
