Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory controls for the unified FuzeRx operations.

You will translate data into practical process improvements and oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to strengthen controls, develop SOPs, and train the team while supporting audits and new locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and physical inventories.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs, shrink, and obsolete stock.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand, turns and expirations.
