Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory control programs, drive standard operating procedures, and partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes reducing discrepancies and improving inventory accuracy across locations. The ideal candidate will manage physical inventories, implement automated controls, train staff, and support audits and system implementations.

Formación

• Experience leading inventory control in healthcare/pharmacy environments.
• Experience with cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory data and process documentation.
• Knowledge of FDA/Drug Supply Chain Security Act requirements a plus.
• Experience creating dashboards/reports to highlight risks, trends, and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, and inventory movement.
