Responsibilities

• Perform inventory validation by auditing external locations to ensure adherence to policy and contracts.
• Monthly monitoring of internal control procedures and remediation actions.
• Identify root cause and system solutions for inventory discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Execute SAP transactions to assist co-packers and centralized teams.
• Establish weekly communication with Co-Packers and NAOU management for action plans.
• Conduct Month End Reporting and distribute post-close reports.
• Track delivery materials (DMR) for downtime, vendor returns, and freight claims.
• Submit new vendor setups and change requests to ensure master data accuracy.
• Provide SAP training and new user setup support to co-packers and warehouses.
• Coordinate destruction shipments with external parties.
