Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate at the Dallas facility. The role focuses on daily counts of full goods and raw materials, while reconciling variances and aligning inventory with the SAP system.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, up to 3 years of warehouse experience, and familiarity with SAP. On-site hours include Tue–Fri 4:00 AM–12:30 PM and Mon 3:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Daily inventory counts of full goods and raw materials.
• Research and reconcile inventory variances.
• Reconcile inventory to the SAP computer system.
• Cross train across inventory functions including SAP.
• Collaboratively work with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
• Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
• Identify and report close dated product.
• Flexible to cross train across inventory functions including, but not limited to, raw materials, QI holds, and SAP to Basis.
• Collaboratively work with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners.
