Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Tampa to lead inventory cycle counts, drive accuracy, and support finance and operations teams across the Coke Florida network. You will train staff, manage audits, and implement process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inventory control or related roles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 70%. Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Operations Management; equivalent combination acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Inventory Control or process roles.
• Role requires up to 70% travel and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, leadership and expertise to Inventory associates supporting inventory cycle count and control.
• Provide Inventory control training and support across the Coke Florida Network to site Operations Management, Planning and Finance Teams.
• Lead and manage projects assigned by Coke Florida management and assist in site inventory management during transitions.
• Serve as Inventory Business Analyst for proposed IT or Process changes across the Coke Florida Network.
• Conduct physical audits for compliance with inventory processes and GAAP.
• Develop and maintain the inventory quality dashboard and publish related reports.
