Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an Inventory Consultant to oversee NAOU inventory across contract manufacturing and third-party warehouses. You will ensure internal controls, audits, and compliance with contracted terms while training external location staff and liaising with Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Services.

Key duties include auditing inventories, tracing discrepancies, and coordinating with co-packers and centralized teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher. 3+ years in warehouse inventory processes (audits, cycle counts, adjustments). SAP skills and data management. Power Query/Power BI analytics preferred. Independent, organized, and communicative. Customer service focus with strong follow-up. Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Collaborative and a team player. Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Audit physical inventory at external locations to ensure policy adherence and prevent risk/fraud.
• Monitor internal control procedures and assist remediation plans.
• Identify root causes and implement system solutions for inventory discrepancies.
