Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks an Inventory Consultant to oversee NAOU inventory at contract manufacturers and third‑party warehouses, ensuring compliance with internal controls and contractual terms.

You will audit physical inventory, investigate discrepancies, train staff, and coordinate with Co-packers and NA Finance to maintain accuracy, with up to 50% travel.

This role offers visibility to senior leaders and requires independent work with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or above.
• 3+ years of hands on warehouse inventory processes.
• SAP functional skills and data management experience.
• Power Query / Power BI analytics preferred.
• Independent with strong organization and communication skills.
• Customer service focus with good follow-up.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Collaborative and a team player; multi-task proficient.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory validation by auditing physical inventory at external locations to ensure adherence to policy and contracts.
• Monthly monitoring of internal control procedures and remediation actions.
• Identify root causes and implement system solutions for inventory discrepancies.
• Execute SAP transactions to assist co-packers and centralized teams.
• Establish weekly communication with Co-Packers and NA Man Managers on Block Stock actions.
• Conduct Month End Reporting and distribute post close reports.
• Submit approvals from Brand teams for BD&L activity and follow-ups.
• Track delivered materials (DMR) for downtime, vendor returns and freight claims.
• Submit new vendor setups and change requests for Master Data accuracy.
• Provide SAP training and new user setup support to co-packers and warehouses.
• Coordinate destruction shipments with NAOU Finance and external parties.
• Ad hoc research/troubleshooting as needed.
