Qualifications

• Experience with stock, inventory or order administration.
• Confident in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters.
• Familiarity with an ERP or stock system such as Unleashed, Cin7 or Sage.
• Methodical approach to reconciling numbers that do not agree.
• Reliable, consistent data entry under volume.
• Nice to have exposure to cycle counting or stocktake processes.

Responsibilities

• Record goods received and dispatched against orders.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with the warehouse team.
• Maintain product records, codes and units of measure.
• Prepare stock reports and support cycle counts.
• Flag low stock and slow moving lines to the buying team.
• Keep supplier delivery documentation filed and traceable.
