Job summary

Whizz is hiring a Head of Inventory Management for a fully remote role. You will unify stock records across Jersey warehouse and city shops, set min/max thresholds, and document processes for team adoption.

Lead the inventory team, drive the used-parts program, and collaborate with developers to enhance the ERP. Requires English and Russian, 3+ years in inventory, and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory or warehouse management.
• ERP or WMS experience and ability to critique it.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and data analysis.
• Experience writing processes and getting teams to adopt them.
• Ability to work overlapping with New York time zones (4+ hours).
• English and Russian language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Get stock records to match reality at Jersey warehouse and city shops.
• Set min and max levels for parts and plan purchasing around them.
• Document warehouse processes and ensure team compliance.
• Launch used parts program and manage rebuilds in Jersey.
• Manage the inventory team.
• Collaborate with developers on warehouse ERP features.
