Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to modernize and manage a multi‑platform endpoint fleet across Windows, macOS, and iOS. You will design zero‑touch enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies, while packaging apps and maintaining patching workflows.

The role emphasizes hands‑on UEM expertise, ABM integration, and cloud‑first security baselines, with a HUD Public Trust clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of system administration experience.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with at least 2+ years in Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on experience integrating ABM with Intune, VPP, FileVault management, and Bash on macOS.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, Win32 packaging, and Entra ID integration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Endpoint Security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot, ABM, and iOS/iPadOS enrollment.
• Manage macOS configuration profiles, MDM payloads, and Bash scripts for settings and elevated controls.
• Define and manage Windows baseline policies, templates, PowerShell scripts, and remediation scripts.
• Package, test, and deploy apps across Windows, macOS, iOS; maintain patching schedules and auto-update workflows.
• Implement CA policies, MAM, and Compliance Policies with Defender for Endpoint; manage BitLocker and FileVault.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint issues; monitor tenant health, compliance, and vulnerabilities; maintain end-user docs.
