Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain a unified endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.

This role is fully remote within the United States and requires hands-on expertise with Intune/Endpoint Manager, ABM integration, Windows Autopilot, and secure baseline configurations, covering enrollment, app packaging, policy enforcement, and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive system administration experience.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with enterprise endpoints recommended.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with at least 2+ years on Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on experience integrating ABM with Intune, and managing VPP apps.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot, ABM enrollment, and iOS enrollment.
• Manage macOS configuration profiles, MDM payloads, and Bash scripts for custom settings.
• Define and manage Windows baseline policies, AD/Entra ID integration, and remediation scripts.
• Package, test, and deploy Win32, LOB, MS Store, macOS PKG/DMG, and iOS apps.
• Maintain patching schedules and automated software update workflows across platforms.
• Implement Conditional Access, MAM, and Defender for Endpoint integration.
