Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage a multi‑platform endpoint environment, including zero‑touch enrollment, ABM integration, and policy enforcement across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS. The role focuses on modernizing endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, and cloud‑first security baselines.

The position is fully remote within the United States, offering exposure to HUD contract requirements, compliance policies, and deployment of device

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of system administration experience.
3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management with ≥2 years on Intune/Endpoint Manager.
Hands-on ABM integration with Intune, VPP app management, and FileVault.
Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, and Win32 packaging.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Endpoint Security baselines.
Experience managing iOS/iPadOS devices, Supervision, MAM, and Company Portal.

Responsibilities

Multi-Platform Device Lifecycle Management: zero-touch enrollment and policy baselines across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.
Application Packaging & Deployment: package and deploy apps across Win32, macOS, and iOS ecosystems with patching workflows.
Security & Compliance: implement K- policies, MDM/endpoint security, and encryption standards.
Operational Support & Monitoring: Tier 3 escalation, monitor health and vulnerabilities, maintain docs.
