AIL is seeking a Remote Appointment Setter / Phone Booker to join our recruiting and scheduling team. The role emphasizes outbound candidate outreach, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate experience from home. Training is provided, and no previous recruiting experience is required.

You’ll work from a fully remote environment with warm leads, a flexible schedule, and ongoing coaching to grow in recruiting and administrative support roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle high volume outbound calls with courtesy and follow-up.
• Strong organization and calendar management for scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to candidates who expressed interest and confirm interest.
• Schedule interviews using the online calendar and send confirmations.
• Maintain candidate notes and update records in recruiting system.
• Follow up to reduce cancellations and reschedule when needed.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
