Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm candidates who expressed interest.

• Use online calendar to coordinate appointment times.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule.
• Maintain notes on candidate conversations and track outcomes.
