AIL is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Phone Booker to be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, confirming appointments, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from the first conversation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Computer or laptop with webcam and microphone.
• Quiet workspace for outbound calls.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Calendly, email, and other web-based applications (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our opportunities.
• Confirm candidate interest and answer basic scheduling questions.
• Schedule appointments using our online calendar system.
• Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in our recruiting system.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving efficiently.
