AIL is seeking an entry-level Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to help move candidates through the interview process from your home office. You’ll connect with warm leads, confirm interest, and schedule career overviews and interviews with a professional, organized approach.

Training is provided, and you will work in a flexible, remote environment with ongoing support. Excellent communication and time-management skills will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be legally located in the United States.
• Reliable internet access and a computer or laptop.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Comfort with using online scheduling and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm candidates who have expressed interest.
• Introduce yourself and provide a professional first impression.
• Confirm continued interest and schedule career overviews or interviews.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders; follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and update candidate information in the recruiting system.
