Chainlink Labs is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager with deep U.S. international tax expertise to support fast-paced, blockchain‑focused growth. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, global structuring, compliance, and planning initiatives.

Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguity, build processes from the ground up, and proactively anticipate tax risks as the business scales globally, including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and transfer pricing considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of U.S. international tax and global advisory experience.
• Strong ability to interpret new guidance and apply it to novel business models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate external advisors.

Responsabilités

• Support go-to-market efforts with practical global tax guidance on complex matters.
• Own U.S. international tax calculations and filings such as FBAR and 5471.
• Prepare international tax provisions and monitor changes in tax law.
• Conduct extensive tax research and document well-supported positions.
• Support transfer pricing and intercompany documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and product teams to optimize tax positions.
• Lead global tax planning, modeling, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Manage external advisors and maintain budget oversight.
