Job summary

RTX, the world\'s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an experienced International Program Manager to lead international programs and manage customer relationships. This remote role requires up to 50% travel to Louisville, KY, and does not offer relocation at this time.

You will coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, business development, and customer organizations to meet program commitments on schedule and within cost.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Leadership/management experience.
• International experience.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage international programs, ensuring alignment with program and company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for global projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the execution of project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, customers, and partners through significant international visits.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
