Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced International Program Manager to lead international programs and build customer relationships. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, business development, and customer organizations to meet program commitments on schedule and within cost and performance objectives.

This is a remote position that will require up to 50% travel to our Louisville, KY facility. Relocation assistance is not available currently.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years.
Experience in program/project management.
Leadership/management experience.
International experience.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in aerospace/defense.
PM certification (PMP or equivalent).
Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

Manage international programs and align with program and company goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans for global projects with cross-functional teams.
Oversee delivery timelines and budgets for successful outcomes.
Build relationships with international stakeholders and partners.
Provide leadership to project teams and foster high performance.
Monitor progress, risks, and issues; report to management.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
Travel internationally and domestically as required.
