CIEE is seeking a Coordinator for the International Operations Team on a temporary basis. The role is US Remote (Canada when applicable) and reports to the Director of International Operations.

You will support daily admin tasks for hundreds of International Representatives and help ensure accurate data and timely responses. The ideal candidate has at least one year in customer service and administration, strong detail orientation, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and teams.

Formación

• A minimum of one year of customer service and administrative experience.
• Post-secondary degree required.
• Strong attention to detail in data and documents.
• Ability to take initiative and stay flexible with duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work across cultures and international environments.
• International work or study abroad experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support International Operations in daily administrative tasks for 200+ International Representatives.
• Run and analyze regular reports to support representative performance management.
• Review high volumes of data for accuracy and integrity of records.
• Review annual compliance documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Update system data for participant and program contacts.
• Provide superior customer service to International Representatives via email and phone.
• Willingness to take on new projects and operational duties as assigned by sales and operations teams.
