Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or eight years' equivalent work experience.
• Experience in international relief and development is required.
• Experience with USG solicitations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposal development process from planning to submission.
• Coordinate technical and cost proposals with offices, teams, and partners to align program design with budgets.
• Engage donors and partners; identify opportunities and coordinate with national offices and experts.
