Village Capital is seeking a Business Development Manager to independently own end-to-end fundraising operations from prospecting to proposal submission. The role requires deep familiarity with philanthropically funded blended finance and impact investing and will operate remotely across the United States, Kenya, and the United Kingdom.

You will manage a full pipeline, develop funder-facing materials, and coordinate cross-functional inputs to produce high-quality proposals on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal development, grant writing, and lead generation.
• Direct exposure to blended finance, impact investors, family offices, and funders.
• Independent drafting and submission of high-quality proposals in response to RFPs and CfPs.

Responsabilités

• Own prospecting and build a structured fundraising pipeline across donors and impact investors.
• Draft concept notes and proposals for grant funding and impact investing.
• Manage the CRM as the system of record for all business development activity.
