This senior, externally facing role blends relationship management with commercial judgement, disciplined pipeline management and the confidence to make compelling fundraising asks. You will shape donor strategies, engage senior leaders and strengthen the team’s fundraising practice.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major donors.
• Able to meet income targets and grow pipeline.
• Confident in making significant asks to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for donor propositions.
• Strong planning, CRM use and forecasting discipline.
• Collaborative approach aligned with World Vision UK's mission.

Responsibilities

• Grow high-value philanthropic giving and manage a portfolio of major donors.
• Open new networks and convert relationships into gifts of £25,000+ with multi-year commitments.
• Maintain regular donor activity and progress through credible CRM records.
• Forecast income using CRM data and report progress to leadership.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to philanthropy planning across the team.
