Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. in the United States seeks an Internal Project Manager & Risk Manager within the NAM GSI Behind the Meter portfolio to strengthen execution discipline and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and logistics.

You will drive risk process standardization and continuous improvement while advancing digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve project visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, project controls, or execution roles in energy/GIS/EPC environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience with complex factory-manufactured equipment and cross-functional teams.
• Strong PM principles: schedule, cost, risk, and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, logistics, and site teams.
• Track action items and commitments; flag deviations and drive resolution.
• Lead risk and opportunity management, maintain risk registers, and provide portfolio views.
• Support budgets, EAC reviews, and internal financial reporting without customer negotiations.
• Champion AI and digital tools to automate tasks and improve reporting.
