Job summary

We Are Rosie is seeking a specialist-level Communications Consultant to support internal and executive communications for a global impact organization. The role blends writing, strategy, and hands-on execution across DEI, sustainability, and employee philanthropy programs.

You will manage content development, channel strategy, and analytics, using tools like SmartSheet, Staffbase, and Adobe Express, while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
• Required: Hands-on experience using SmartSheet to manage editorial calendars, workflows, and project timelines.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread a variety of content: intranet stories, newsletters, executive emails, social media copy, and organizational announcements.
• Experience writing social media content for executives and corporate brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread internal communications including intranet stories, newsletters, executive emails, memos, talking points, and announcements.
• Draft social media content for executives and corporate channels including captions and visual direction.
• Tailor tone and messaging to each channel and audience, both employees and external stakeholders.
• Support quarterly campaign planning and review prior year content for updates and new tactics.
• Create visual assets in Adobe Express for digital signage and slides for town halls.
• Build and distribute email communications using Staffbase and manage intranet page content.
• Provide project management support and serve as a SmartSheet administrator with dashboards and calendars.
• Compile metrics reports and surface trends for improvement across channels.
• Support executive leadership calls and event management for leadership engagements.
• Apply AI tools to draft content with QA review and ensure brand voice and accessibility standards.
