Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3+ years of communications experience with internal comms or executive messaging preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Craft, edit, and publish workforce communications including weekly updates.
• Draft CEO and leadership messages as an executive ghostwriter.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan strategic change communications.
• Lead messaging for culture events and recognition programs.
• Provide messaging templates to local operations teams for consistency.
• Experiment with modern internal comms tools and measure impact.
