Job summary

Content Creators seeks a specialist-level Communications Consultant to support Internal & Executive Communications. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across DEI, sustainability, and employee philanthropy programs.

You will write, edit, and proofread intranet stories, newsletters, and executive emails, while drafting social content for leadership and corporate channels. Remote work in the US is required, with ET/CT hours, for a 6‑month W2 engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate/internal communications.
• Hands‑on experience using SmartSheet for calendars/workflows.
• Ability to write, edit, proofread intranet articles, newsletters and emails.
• Experience writing social media content for executives and corporate brands.
• AP Style proficiency.
• Experience creating visual content in Adobe Express.
• Experience with Staffbase or similar distribution tools.
• Comfort with AI tools and strong QA habits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; reporting/analytics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Content development and channel strategy for internal communications.
• Draft social media content for executives and corporate channels.
• Tailor tone and messaging to each channel and audience.
• Support quarterly campaign planning and analytics.
• Create visual assets in Adobe Express for town halls and leadership events.
• Build and distribute email communications using Staffbase templates.
• Manage intranet content updates and Viva Engage postings.
• Provide project management support and SmartSheet administration.
• Coordinate stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines.
• Compile metrics reports and surface trends for improvement.
• Support executive leadership calls and event management.
