Job summary

We Are Rosie, LLC is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to support internal and executive communications within a global impact organization. The role focuses on DEI, sustainability, foundation grant making, employee philanthropy programs, and community impact, with strong writing and project management in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

The position is remote in the US, 20 hours per week, W2 contract, six months starting by Dec 1, with background check.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
• Hands‑on experience using SmartSheet to manage editorial calendars, workflows, and project timelines.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread a variety of content: intranet articles, newsletters, executive emails, social copy, announcements.
• Experience writing social media content for executives and corporate brand channels.
• Proficiency with AP Style and editorial standards.
• Experience creating visual content in Adobe Express (signage, slides).
• Experience with Staffbase or similar internal communications distribution platform.
• Comfortable using AI tools with strong prompting and QA habits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread internal communications across channels.
• Draft social media content for executives and corporate channels.
• Tune tone and messaging for each audience and channel.
• Support quarterly campaign planning and execution.
• Create visual assets in Adobe Express for events and town halls.
• Build and distribute email communications using Staffbase.
• Provide project management support and SmartSheet administration.
• Compile metrics reports and dashboards across channels.
• Support executive meetings and Board communications, with event support.
