Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or marketing preferred.
• 2–4 years relevant communications/marketing experience.
• Experience building and maintaining a company intranet preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and internal communications goals, including intranet expansion.
• Assist with intranet content curation, troubleshooting and training site managers.
• Help drive intranet growth and planning.
• Assist with intranet data management, reporting and recommendations.
• Develop stories for internal channels like intranet and newsletters.
• Increase readership of intranet and all-hands newsletters.
• Partner with business units to manage intranet pages and requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
