The role requires at least five years of internal audit experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and CIA/CISA within 18 months. ACG emphasizes strong governance and collaboration with IT and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field is required.
• CIA or CISA certification must be obtained within 18 months if not already held.
• Minimum five years of internal audit experience with program development.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal audits to strengthen control environment across multi-state org.
• Oversee audits, ensure conformance with standards and internal policies.
• Direct and review audit findings, reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain IT and management relations.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews and coaching.
• Promote continuous improvements to audit methodologies.
