AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Internal Audit Team Manager to oversee financial, operational, and compliance audits. You will lead multiple audit projects, assess risks, and develop audit strategies to strengthen internal controls and improve efficiency across departments.

The role requires strong data analytics, communication, and coaching skills. You will present findings to senior management, partner with business units to drive improvements, and coordinate with external auditors as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required).
• 5+ years of financial and operational audit experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports.
• CPA or CIA certification.
• SOX and MAR compliance experience preferred.
• Domestic travel required (up to 10%).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience presenting audit findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual audit plan via risk assessments and prioritization.
• Plan and execute financial, operational and compliance audits across functions.
• Assess risks and internal controls; recommend improvements.
• Ensure audits comply with IIA standards and company policies.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Partner with business units to drive efficiencies and controls.
• Utilize data analytics for risk assessment and monitoring.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and compliance.
• Coach and develop audit staff; communicate expectations and feedback.
