Job summary

ACG seeks an Internal Audit Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans for a multi-state organization. You will supervise audits, review findings, and coordinate with external auditors to strengthen controls.

The role offers a home-office arrangement with potential in-office attendance; salary ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.
• CIA or CISA certification required within 18 months of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal audits to support a strong control environment.
• Oversee and guide audit teams to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Review work papers and ensure findings are supported and documented.
• Present audit findings, reports, and recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and IT/corporate management.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and coaching.
