Qualifications

  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
  • U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents, asylees or refugees in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Thermal Sciences and Engineering department with various work projects.
  • Conduct computational/modeling simulation in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, particle dynamics/mechanics, or aero sciences.
  • Conduct analysis on experimental and computational data.
  • Conduct uncertainty quantification and optimization workflows utilizing experimental data.
