Job summary

Workiva is seeking an eager Culture & Communications Intern to shape the employee experience by supporting internal communications, events, and recognition programs. You’ll partner with HR, Marketing, and other teams to amplify our employer brand and keep the global workforce informed and inspired.

The role emphasizes drafting engaging content, coordinating virtual and in-person events, and analyzing feedback to gauge sentiment and campaign impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
• Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
• Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure campaign success.
