Job summary

Workiva's Culture & Communications Internship shapes the employee experience by supporting internal communications, events, and recognition programs. You will collaborate across HR, Marketing, and internal teams to amplify our employer brand and keep a global workforce informed and inspired.

This primarily remote internship offers exposure to pulse surveys, content creation, and cross-functional projects, with optional hybrid work at nearby hubs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish engaging internal content for internal channels.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events.
• Assist in managing employee recognition programs and milestones.
• Help administer pulse surveys and analyze feedback to gauge sentiment and measure campaign success.
