Job summary

Workiva is recruiting a Culture & Communications Intern to help shape the employee experience by supporting initiatives that foster connection and engagement. The role collaborates across HR, Marketing, and internal teams to amplify our employer brand and keep our global workforce informed and inspired.

You will draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels, assist in planning virtual and in‑person events, support recognition programs, and help analyze pulse surveys to gauge

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree‑seeking program (prefer Business, HR, Psychology or related).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Internal Communications: Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
• Employee Engagement & Events: Support planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in‑person events, town halls, and team‑building activities.
• Culture & Recognition: Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
• Feedback & Analytics: Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post‑event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure impact.
