CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. (CCFS) seeks an Interline Specialist to manage the network of Interline Partners, auditing splits and shipments, and securing competitive rates. You will lead efforts to resolve past-due or short-paid shipments and support the Customer Service team to keep partner relations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving, and ownership of a key business area; it may be remote with occasional office presence required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily revenue splitting and report generation for Interline Partners.
• Maintain open AR for Interline Partners and assist AP with invoices.
• Assist customer service with calls and emails; support partner relationships.
