Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions (CCFS) is seeking an Interline Payable Specialist in the United States. You will manage accounts payable for Interline and Agent partners, ensure invoices are paid on time, and reconcile records to support strong partner relationships and smooth freight operations.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and maintaining up-to-date aging and payment data. Remote work potential may apply for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to perform highly detailed work in an accurate manner.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
• Handle accounts payable for Interline and Agent partners.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
• Ensure invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to procedures.
• Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance and reconciliations.
• Interact with partners in a professional manner and support a positive team environment.
• Ensure we have current aging data from partners to review open balances.
• Other duties as assigned.
