Logistis for Designers is a fully remote bookkeeping and accounting firm serving interior design firms. We seek an Interior Design Procurement Manager to optimize procurement for client projects, aligning purchases with budgets and timelines.

You will collaborate with designers and project managers, manage vendor relationships, and implement best practices to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in interior design or related industry.
• Strong sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of interior design materials and procurement needs.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication with designers, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for interior design projects: sourcing, negotiating, purchasing.
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to define specs, timelines, and budgets.
• Build relationships with vendors for favorable terms and reliable delivery.
• Track procurement budgets and expenditures to align with financial goals.
• Coordinate logistics for timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain procurement records to support bookkeeping.
• Evaluate and implement procurement best practices to reduce costs.
• Proven procurement experience in interior design or related industry.
• Strong sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of interior design materials and procurement needs.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with designers and suppliers.
• Proficiency with procurement software; bookkeeping tools a plus.
