Job summary

Join is seeking an Interior Designer to develop new decor products with a room-centric perspective. You will translate aesthetic ideas into manufacturable concepts, leveraging AI tools for visualization and collaborating with CAD designers, suppliers, and marketing for launches.

The role is remote with flexible full-time or part-time options, offering ownership over product directions and exposure to the full lifecycle from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Background in interior design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation using Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Flux or similar.
• Strong eye for styling, proportions, materials, and what works within a room.
• Interest in designing physical decor products, not only spaces.
• Ability to translate an aesthetic idea into a concrete product concept that can be manufactured and sold.
• Highly organized, reliable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new decor concepts with strong focus on real interiors.
• Create and visualize ideas using AI image-generation tools.
• Test concepts in realistic room settings and different interior styles.
• Translate aesthetic ideas into clear product directions.
• Collaborate with CAD designers to turn concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Work with suppliers and factories through sampling and development.
• Coordinate with content and advertising teams to prepare products for launch.
• Manage several product concepts and development projects in parallel.
