Job summary

Atlas International, Inc is seeking an Interior Designer & Sales Specialist to guide clients through bathroom design and vanity selections. This remote role emphasizes autonomy with inbound interest and uncapped commissions in a flexible 90% work-from-home setup.

You will lead virtual consultations, convert inquiries into orders, and help launch our in-house Interior Design Service Program while partnering with contractors and designers to grow trade accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of interior design experience with cabinetry, bath, or millwork specifications.
• Proven track record in consultative sales and closing orders.
• Ability to present options, solve layout challenges, and build client collateral.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual design consultations guiding homeowners, remodelers, and trade clients through bathroom layouts and vanity selections.
• Convert inquiries into cabinet/vanity orders with accurate specs, quotes, and space planning.
• Help shape and scale our in-house Interior Design Service Program with templates and workflows.
• Partner with contractors and interior designers to secure repeat trade accounts and commercial specs.
• Maintain a seamless customer pipeline from concept to order placement.
