Job summary

Atlas International Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO with daily customer service, product knowledge, and operations. A background in Interior Design or Kitchen & Bath is highly preferred to provide expert guidance and maintain brand standards.

The role is primarily remote, with the candidate based in the Las Vegas area for local coordination and market alignment. A growth path toward Sales/Operations leadership and direct mentorship from the CEO are offered.

Qualifications

Experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in design or luxury goods.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to maintain brand standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and contractors.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP/WMS and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Assist the CEO with daily customer service operations and brand-consistent responses.
Develop product mastery of luxury kitchen and bath lines for expert consultations.
Serve as first contact for complex inquiries and resolve issues with efficient solutions.
Shadow the CEO to learn the sales cycle and potential account management.
Coordinate across systems to ensure seamless inquiry-to-delivery execution.
