This role partners with the product team on a range of product and product-adjacent matters, including document review, OSS, commercial escalations, RFPs, data mapping, and website terms.

The ideal candidate has strong Product Counsel experience and OSS expertise, with a preference for public company and cybersecurity background.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing product-related documents and terms
• Hands-on open source software matters experience
• Public company experience strongly preferred in a cybersecurity context

Responsibilities

• Review product documents and T&Cs for products and product-adjacent matters
• Handle open source software compliance and related disclosures
• Support commercial legal escalations and respond to RFPs/customer questionnaires
• Assist acquisition integrations and data mapping
• Contribute to new go-to-market initiatives and trademark clearance searches
• Update website terms and conditions as needed
