Paragon Legal Group seeks an experienced interim Product Counsel to support its product legal team during an attorney leave. The role partners with the product team on a range of matters including product documents, open source software, commercial escalations, RFPs, data mapping, and GTM initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong Product Counsel foundation, hands-on OSS experience, and prefers public-company exposure; cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.

Formación

• Strong Product Counsel foundation.
• Hands-on open source software experience required.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Experience in cybersecurity industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review product-related documents and terms.
• Manage open source software compliance and risk.
• Handle commercial legal escalations.
• Assist with RFPs and customer questionnaires.
• Support acquisition integration and data mapping.
• Contribute to new go-to-market initiatives.
• Perform trademark clearance searches.
• Update website terms and conditions.
